Privacy Policy
BG AUTOMATION is a tool used to publish posts to a Facebook Page when its authorized administrator requests it. This policy explains the information used for that function.
Information used
To publish a post, the tool uses the Page identifier, the Page access token provided through Meta authorization, and the text or other content requested for the post. Meta may return a post identifier and posting status.
How it is used
We use this information to send the requested post to the authorized Page and to confirm whether it was published. BG AUTOMATION does not use Facebook messages, comments, customer profiles, or Page visitor data for this function. We do not sell the information or use it to target advertisements.
Sharing and retention
The information needed to publish a post is sent to Meta through the Facebook Graph API. The resulting post is hosted on Facebook and is subject to Meta’s own policies. We keep information under our control only as needed to operate the Page posting function and address related requests. If you want information under our control removed, contact us using the instructions below.
Your choices and deletion requests
An authorized Page administrator can revoke the app’s Page access through their Meta settings. To request deletion of information under our control, email dianne.beaurev@gmail.com with the Page name and your request. Please do not send passwords or access tokens by email. We may need to verify that you administer the Page before acting. Posts already published on Facebook can be managed or deleted from that Page.

Security and changes
We use access controls and encrypted connections when handling Page posting information. We may update this policy when the app changes; the effective date above will show when it was last updated.
